01 — BELT SIDE

Vertical and horizontal belt arms

Satin and brushed grains, with the arm mounted in the position the part needs. You can configure your XPRO according your operations (and not the other way around!)

02 — PRECISION SIDE

The Universal MICROMECALP Shaft (UMS)

A forged precision spindle on high-precision bearings, in hardened and rectified steel. Every accessory from our X-series fits it. (displayed here with a 25mm polishing shaft and its pigtail end).

03 — BOTH AT ONCE

Configured around your parts

Lapping and vertical satin, polishing, dual satin, horizontal belt, dual belts. The modules change; the machine underneath does not.

Aeronautical-grade, black anodised and hard-coated against scratches, rectified, with two holes for the extraction system.

MICROMECALP Spindle-Motor

Forged spindle shaft on high-precision bearings, hardened, rectified and balanced in house. Compatible with every X-range accessory.

Steel chassis

Built for stability, and quiet operations (down to 49dB) with integrated air-cooling management (for a continuous 24/7 use) and an illuminated XPRO logo.

01 — CHOOSE THE PROCESS

Four modes, each with its own limit.

Belt finishing to 1,500 rpm, lapping to 1,800, polishing and manual to 4,500. A value above the limit is simply capped.

02 — WORK

Six speeds, one tap away.

The profile fills M1 to M6. Tap one and the spindle goes straight to it, with the actual speed and motor load shown live.

03 — EXTRACTION

It follows the spindle.

With SYNC on, extraction starts and stops with the machine. Power from 10 to 100 %, a quiet preset, and the airflow shown in m³/h.

REMOTE SERVICE & MAINTENANCE

We keep an eye on it, so you don't have to.

With remote access on, the machine tells us how it is running. That changes what a service call looks like.
