Precision polishing is only as precise as the hand holding the part against it. Our precision lapping trolleys carry the part in 3x micrometric axes. You can index it to a known angle and rather swing it between 2 angles or repeat it around your parts to (re)create proportions or facets. Everything here shares one clamping system, so tooling you buy once keeps working as the workshop grows. If you already have clamps & chucks, we guarantee you their compatibility with our tools.

LAPINO® and LAPINO® PRO
The micrometric lapping trolley. forged & anodised aluminium body on precision bearings, quick 360° setting and fine adjustment to ±0,1°. Start with the standard LAPINO and add axes modules as your work demands, or take the LAPINO PRO with the indexing modules already fitted.
SYMETRIXX®
Our patented polygonal repeater, with 8x or 12x indexed faces that repeat your angle exactly, with a symmetrical and precision °division on the back.
Nano X36®
A three-jaw chuck under <36 mm across, with rectified brass jaws and runout under 10 µm (0,0004in). Clamps Ø12,5 to Ø44 mm and works where a standard chuck will not fit.
Clamping and adaptors
Collet chucks and kits from Ø18 to Ø40 mm in 0,5 mm steps, soft aluminium case chucks, step jaws, and M10/14/16 adaptors in every thread and push-pull combination.
