BENCHES & VACUUM

You Focus on Polishing.
Our Benches Handle the Dust.

Precision-engineered polishing workbenches with integrated dust extraction, designed to deliver exceptional performance, and cleaner working conditions.

THE RANGE

Polishing makes dust.
We've designed a quieter way to capture it.

Clean air and a quieter workspace shouldn't be afterthoughts. We believe both are essential to a better working environment.

That's why we've developed a range of polishing vacuum systems and extraction benches designed to work together. A very rigid bench keeps your polishing super machine stable, while a quiet extraction positioned close to you captures dust right where it's created.

Each system is designed with stability, effective dust extraction, and low noise in mind. And because every workshop is different, our solutions can also be integrated into benches you already own.

INTEGRATED · BENCH AND EXTRACTION IN ONE

VORTEXX - Vacuum Workbenches

The polishing bench with extraction built into the frame. The working surface, the suction and the machine mounting are designed together, so the dust is caught at the tool rather than pulled across the bench. Quiet enough to stand beside all day, and even forget that the extraction is ON.

The standards have changed. The polishing room hasn't.

Europe introduced workplace noise action values back in 2003. ISO 45001 put occupational health and safety at the centre of how workplaces are managed. Yet walk into almost any polishing workshop, and you'll find the same familiar problems. Machines that are too loud Extraction systems so noisy that switching them off feels like the only way to get through the day.

We build polishing systems to change that. That's our part of our mission.
