BELTMASTER

Made for precision satin, brushed effects and preparation before polishing. This is our machine built for belts and nothing else.

The ultimate belt beast

Made exclusively for satin and brushed finishes, and the preparation that comes before polishing. A dedicated belt machine with an open-wheel design that holds the belt tension and the contact angle constant. This is what makes a satin run look the same from factory finishes on the last part as on the first. It fits (of course) all our X-series belt system accessories.

Belts from 6 mm to 100 mm

The versatile belt system accommodates 6, 10, and 15 mm belts and features a reversible design.

It allows for the use of one tool across three belt widths without requiring disassembly from the machine when switching belt sizes. The standard arm operates with 100 × 1000 mm belts on a tempered ceramic glass backing that shares the same thermal properties as natural stone. This ensures you achieve flawless matte finishes on your satin brushes. With a precision flatness of up to 3um, it provides the most stable flat surface necessary for (re)creating various surfaces. Both features are also utilized in the XPRO belt side.

Patented belt tensioning system

Designed around the way watchmakers actually work.

We know how watchmakers and polishers work. Precision finishing requires a clear view of the surface, complete control of the part and direct access to the belt and wheels.

On conventional machines, guards often get in the way. And we know what happens in real workshops: operators remove them to get the access they need, leaving dangerous trapping points exposed.

We wanted to solve this problem at its source.

Rather than simply covering the hazard with a guard, we redesigned the belt tensioning system to address the trapping risk itself.

Our patented system allows the belt to give way when something enters its path. Instead of maintaining high tension and trapping the obstruction, the tensioning arm moves and releases belt tension.

The result is an open working area, designed for precision finishing without compromising access.

  • See exactly what you're doing — Keep a clear view of the surface throughout the finishing process.
  • Work without restrictions — Hold and position parts naturally, without a guard getting in the way.
  • Access every working area — Finish contours, edges and complex shapes directly against the backplate and wheels.

Patent-protected design. Belt tensioning system tested across the working areas, with a maximum measured compression force that is safe for the use. Safety concept developed in accordance with EN ISO 12100 and documented in the machine's CE technical file. Professional use only. Mandatory operator training.
